Sweethearts in the Window - 9 Hertford Street
Sweethearts in the Window - The Iconic Dogs of London
Sometimes a single photograph changes everything.
This portrait hung on my office wall long before it became one. A quiet question kept returning: could it be done with dogs, the souls I had started to call the Sweethearts of London?
Inspired by Ormond Gigli's iconic Girls in the Windows, these sweethearts came together to bring that idea to life. Draped in satin ribbon, they posed like a dream while I stood atop a scaffold tower opposite, reminding myself this was real and not something I had imagined into being.
This was the portrait that set the Iconic Dogs of London on the path it still follows today.
